烹饪方式:
1. 先在锅内烧热食油,然后倒入咖喱鱼即煮酱料搅匀,以慢火炒香1/2分钟。
2. 加入清水 (400ml), 椰浆 (200ml), 羊角豆, 茄子煮约5分钟, 然后加入鱼或海鲜,以慢火煮熟,即可享用。
Cooking Suggestion :
1. Heat oil and stir-fry Instant Mixed Curry Paste until aromatic for 1/2 minute.
2. Stir in water (400ml), coconut milk (200ml) followed by lady's fingers, brinjal and simmer for 5 minutes. Finally add fish or seafood and stir over medium hear until evenly cooked. Serve hot.
