COOKING METHOD
1. Deep Fry
- Defrost shrimp cake at room temperature
- Heat oil over medium high heat. Add the shrimp cake in a single layer and cook until golden brown.
- Serve immediately, dip with the sauce given if desired.
2. Air Fryer
- Straightaway put the frozen shrimp cake in the air fryer (NO NEED DEFROST), adjust the cooking temperature to 160 ~ 180°C and timer 10~15 minutes.
- Take out the shrimp cake when it turns to golden brown color.
- Serve immediately, dip with the sauce given if desired.
