烹饪方式:
1. 蒸
先将鱼蒸10分钟, 再倒入自家亞参风味酱 (可以加入番茄). 再蒸个5分钟,趁热享用。
2. 炒
先在锅内烧热食油,加入苏东,再加入自家亞参风味酱翻炒均匀。加入清水(200ml), 煮至沸腾即可享用。
Cooking Suggestion :
To steam :Steam 600gm of fish for 10 minutes. Pour in 1 packet Homemade Instant Assam Paste (you can add on some tomatoes). Let it steam for another 5 minutes. (Approx : 15 minutes)
To fry : Stir-fry 600gm of Squid together with 1 packet Homemade Instant Assam Paste . Add in 200ml water (1 cup). Continue cooking until boil and serve hot.
